Walking Toronto: A St. Lawrence-Corktown loop
A pedestrian-friendly trip from St. Lawrence Market through the Distillery District and back, with plenty to see along the way.
The ideal Toronto walk should feature the chance to experience multiple neighbourhoods, a plethora of food and drink options, and a point of interest or two off the beaten path. Bonus points are awarded if the route lets you spend some time by the water.
One of my favourite walks, which I’ve dubbed the St. Lawrence-Corktown loop, offers all of the above in just over an hour of strolling.
Let’s get started.
